DIVErSITY policy
All regulated firms, regardless of size, have to collect, report and publish data about the diversity make-up of their workforce every two years.
At Francis Solicitors Ltd, we are committed to create an inclusive working environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
Collecting diversity and inclusion data
Those working at the firm are invited to complete our diversity questionnaire. We encourage our colleagues to include their pronouns in their email signatures and on their web profiles, if they wish.
Reporting diversity and inclusion data
We will publish a summary of our diversity data annually and in full compliance with our data protection policy. We will make it available to our staff, clients and visitors. We will refresh our publication as soon as we can and each time we collect a new set.
